I had hoped this would be a little different but it was not the experience I had hoped for. I have bought a few automobiles in my lifetime, and the process has not improved. The smoke and mirrors routine is still there and the instant process on service monopoly is worse than ever. The intimidation factor we are trying to help you protect your investment. Roughly an hours time is not enough time for me to trust that you have my best interests at heart.

I don't write many reviews but in this case I felt it was necessary. I have a 2003 Lincoln Towncar with only 143k miles on it. I had a bad lighting control module. I went to Cella Ford in New Bern and was told by the service manager that he didn't even think that they still had the programming codes for my car anymore. (I knew that was total b.s. !) Purchased a new 2024 “loaner” XLT recently and it was a very easy experience. No sales pressure, Mr. Stocks (sales) walked me through setting up with SYNC like a pro. He also hooked me up with a few Ford incentives that I was unaware of. Also enjoyed talking with the General Mgr (Chris) a few times during the process, no pressure. Only dealt with the Business Mgr briefly to sign the legal stuff, again no pressure.
